Quick appreciation post for the Port Orleans French Quarter resort. It’s a moderate resort and to be totally honest it was my dad who really wanted to stay there. I would’ve passed on it all day long but now… oh my. I LOVED STAYING THERE. French Quarter is the smallest resort on property and from my experience is void of the Disney chaos and the ambience is serene and intimate. Loved the late night lounge, loved the pool bar, loved the boat to Disney Springs, loved the River view, loved hearing the horse carriages clippity-clop on by. I will definitely, without question, be staying there again. Huge praise from me!

Y’all remember when I started this account and my website as an outlet for stress when I lived in DC?? Ya that was fun (and thankfully short lived). Long story short I’ll probably be abandoning this venture at the end of 2021 but meanwhile I’ll be at the parks a few more times this year if you want to follow along. 🚨 🚨 BREAKING!!!! 🚨 🚨 Disneyland will be reopening at the end of April!! Very excited for all those Castmembers to be able to return to work. What a great way to end a week!!
